Mackay Mayor's Charity Ball

After attending the last few Charity Balls, this year Champ Group jumped on board as Gold Sponsors for the Mackay Mayor's Charity Ball.


We are proud to support this event as year on year it continues to raise significant funds for very worthy community causes.


Council held a morning tea this morning to thank all our amazing sponsors and media partners for the 2022 Mayor's Charity Ball.  The mayor also announced the amount raised from the Ball, an amazing $121,609.62!  The cheques were also presented to the charities during the morning tea.


Heart Kids Mackay and Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), which is building a Ronald McDonald Family Room at Mackay Base Hospital, will each receive $60,804.81.
